  • Keep coconut oil in the fridge. At this temperature it is a creamy white solid.

  • For blending just scrape out the quantity you need. The bender will happily mix it in.

  • It will melt into a clear colourless oil at just over room temperature. For making chocolates you will need to get it into this state.
