Fenugreek (Methi) (Trigonella foenum-graecum)

Bunches of fenugreek leaves are now widely available in the UK.
Look out for bunches of methi leaves too, particularly in the Asian shops, as it's the same thing.
Chop up the leaves and add to any salad. It's not particularly strong tasting but it is delicious.
When dried, the leaves have a more bitter taste and are used as a seasoning.
The seeds are used as a spice and are a bit like cumin.
