Pomegranate seeds

Pomegranate seeds are the fresh juicy seeds from a pomegranate
To extract the seeds from a pomegranate, cut the pomegranate in half along its equator. Hold each half upside down over a large bowl. Tap the back with a wooden spoon and the seeds will fall out into the bowl. Just pick out any pieces of pith that fall out with the seeds.
