the years I have been in and around the raw food movement, I notice that
people tend to glamorize, spiritualize, biblicize, and fantasize raw
food cuisine! I just want to normalize the preparation and ingestion of
raw foods into the every day lives of busy, on-the-go people! Where does
someone go to learn how to shop, prepare, and eat mostly raw cuisine? My
passion is to teach people how to get off packaged and preservative
laden foods and find the delight and vitality that comes from creating
and eating mostly RAW with SOME cooked... hence RawSome Recipes! I also
have a passion to show parents how to make wonderful, healthy foods that
kids will enjoy and thrive on...foods that will build up their immune
systems not tear them down. "
