Oat groats and hemp seed breakfast Providing you remembered to do the soaking overnight, then this is a quick breakfast to make. I find a bowl of this in the morning keeps my energy going during the day as you get slow release energy rather than a burst of carbohydrates. Soaking Wash the oat groats and then soak them overnight in plenty of water. Wash the hemp seed and then soak them overnight in plenty of water. Remove the stones from the dates and then soak them overnight. Method Drain and wash the oat groats and hemp seed. Discard the soak water. Drain the dates. Put everything into the processor including the lucuma powder and 1/2 C of water. Process until it's all chopped up very finely so that all the hemp seed has been broken down. Serve Serve up when freshly made. Afterwards Clean the processor. |
