Chocolate pears This makes a deliciously wicked sweet treat for those of you who liked things like chocolate eclairs in a former life. The secret is to use good quality ripe pears. Method Skin the bananas. Remove the stones from the dates. Simply blend everything except the pears and hazelnuts together with 1/4 C water. Cut the pears in half lengthways and remove pips and stalks. Chop up the hazelnuts. Serve Place two pear halves in each dish. Spread over with the carob chocolate mix. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy! Afterwards Clean the blender Recycle the waste |
