Quick chocolate pudding This is the relatively quick and easy way to make a heavenly chocolate pudding! Method Peel the avocados and discard the stones. First drop the ice cubes into the blender jug, followed by the avocado, chocolate powder and maple syrup. Blend together until very smooth. You may have to stop from time to time and use a spatula to push the mixture down. Slice the hazel nuts using in the food processor or by hand. Divide the chocolate pudding equally amongst four small (8cm diameter) ramekin dishes. Sprinkle the sliced hazel nuts equally over the chocolate puddings. Serve You can chill this in the fridge while you get on with something else but do serve it up fresh the same day with your raw food supper! Delicious! Afterwards Clean the blender. Clean the food processor. Take great care with the slicing blade. Please don't let your fingers go anywhere near it. Recycle the waste |
