Wicked lemon pudding You will be surprised at the zingy lemony taste of this. Absolutely delicious! Method Remove the skin and stone from the mango. Zest the lemon, then use a knife to remove the white skin. Cut it in half and remove the pips. You need the zest and the lemon flesh but not the white skin. Core the apple. Chop the dates and discard the stones. Mince the ginger in the seed grinder to get 2t minced ginger. Put everything in the blender and blend on a high speed setting until it is all finely mixed. Serve Serve fresh and yummy. This looks great served in ramekin dishes and decorated with a fresh orange slice. Afterwards Clean the blender. Clean the seed grinder. Recycle the waste. |
