Quick basil dressing A quick basil salad dressing. Great with tomato salads. Method Peel the garlic cloves and chop or grate the garlic fairly finely. Peel the lemons. Add all the ingredients into the blender jug. Pulse blend everything together until it is mixed but still has some texture. Serve Serve with any tomato based salads Afterwards Clean the blender Recycle the waste
