This was our mainstay dressing when on holiday in Crete. No problem finding the ingredients as there was a lemon tree in the garden and the lady in the village shop kept giving us olive oil.

A simple easy to make salad dressing

Method

Remove the skin from the garlic clove and chop until very fine. Place in a small bowl.

Squeeze the lemon over it and stir.

Add the olive oil and mix it all together.

Serve

This can be served with most salads.
