Bruschetta topping This appetizer needs to be made with really good quality fresh tomatoes for a great Mediterranean taste. Method Wash all the ingredients as necessary. Chop the tomatoes fairly fine. If your are really fussy you can skin them first. Chop the basil leaves and discard any stems. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely. Add a dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a pinch of pepper and salt, and some lime juice. Mix everything together. Serve Bruschetta is a type of bread, but forget that and try this topping with flax or other raw food crackers. Yummy! Afterwards Recycle the waste |
