Breathing
Breathing
is more important than eating or drinking but more overlooked. This is
the most important topic for you to understand on the entire website.
This is
the most significant, most important thing you do from the moment you
are born. So much so, that it is the one thing that everybody around you
is focused on for you. It's more important than drinking or
eating.
Even
before you were born, the chances are that your mother went to some
classes and learned how to breathe during chilbirth. In the UK this is a
fundamental part of the NCT classes.
Breathing
is so fundamental to life and energy, but as we get caught up in the
hamster wheel of life it's easy to forget this, and take it for granted.
But do we
develop bad habits? Maybe, when we do something physical, do some
exercise that should be easy, get stressed about something, we get "out
of breath", and maybe then we become more aware of this. Do we just put
this to the back of our minds, or do we try and do something about it?
If you
want to master anything in life, you first have to master your
breathing. Just take a look at Al Lee's clip "Perfect Breathing:Transform Your Life One Breath at a Time".
It's not
just for people who are into yoga, singing, martial arts or sport ... if
you work in an office, slung over a computer screen all day, or
whatever, this is for you too!!!! Wake up and enjoy your life ...
Do you think that, just
maybe, we can improve our energy and thus the quality of our life, by
improving our breathing? I think so ... surprise yourself and learn more
