• Organic box schemes operate throughout the UK so you should be able to find one that operates in your area.  Typically they provide a once a week drop off for your pre-ordered organics.

• Most schemes will allow you to replace things you don't want, and add things you do. Useful if you want to replace potatoes with say ... well a few more greens!

• I particularly like the mechanics of the Arthur's choice scheme that has now started to operate in the Norwich and Norfolk area. This one is different because it drops off to the local schools, so you pick up when you do the school run. This obviously saves a van having to tour the area to do drop offs, and it benefits the school as they make a donation to the school for every bag. Simple, win win idea, not to mention Karen's bold enthusiasm for starting an ethical business at a time when it would be easy to just curl up!!!
